100% USDA choice beef, our flat iron steaks are well marbled, tender and full of taste. Our juicy flat iron comes unmarinated and seasoning free. Great on the grill or cubed for kabobs. Marinate to taste and cut in strips for Mexican fajitas or as an Asian stir-fry.


Best when prepared from a thawed state.

For optimum product performance, cook to medium rare.

On the Grill:
1. Place the steak on the grill. Cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Flip the steak over. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Continue cooking, turning every 3-4 minutes, until degree of doneness is reached (see table below) when checked with a meat thermometer.

In the oven:
1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Place steak in shallow baking pan.
3. Cook until desired degree of doneness is reached (see table below) when checked with a meat thermometer.

Med-Rare 145ºF Brown outside, warm, red center
Medium 155ºF Brown outside, warm, pink center
Med-Well 160ºF Brown outside, hot center with trace of pink
