Exclusive to Market Day! Now you can enjoy Portillo’s® restaurant famous Italian Beef right at home. This fully-cooked and thinly sliced roasted beef comes with a separate container of au jus-style gravy, made with real beef stock and Italian spices.


Preparation: For best results, thaw beef and gravy in refrigerator overnight or until thawed.

Stove Top:(preferred cooking method) Remove thawed gravy and place in a medium saucepan; heat over low heat until hot (just until mixture starts to simmer; don’t boil.)

Add thawed beef slices to hot gravy. Heat only until beef is warm. Do not overcook.

Microwave: Place gravy in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes or until gravy is hot (just until gravy starts to simmer; don’t boil), stirring every 2 minutes. Add thawed beef to gravy. Microwave on High 1-2 minutes or until beef is warm. Do not overcook. Due to variances in microwave ovens times may vary.

Note: The Italian Beef is fully-cooked and prepared to a medium degree of doneness.

The longer you heat the product, the more well-done it becomes.
