1. Delete the web browser's temporary internet files.
(Note: These steps may differ for some web browsers.)
Go to Tools, Internet Options.
Under Temporary Internet Files click Delete Files.
2. Reset the web browser's cache.
(Note: These steps may differ for some web browsers.)
Go to Tools, Internet Options.
Under Temporary Internet Files.Click Settings.
Select "Every visit to the page" for "Check for newer versions of stored pages".
