preparation
For the best flavor and flaky pastry:
Place oven rack in lowest position in oven. Pre-heat oven and baking sheet to 375 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. Place frozen pie o preheated baking sheet in oven. Bake for 75 to 85 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool at room temperature on a wire rack. Refrigerate until ready to use. Because ovens vary, baking time and/or temperature may need adjustments.
