HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. This sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM (CT) on January 29, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CT) on April 28, 2012 (the "Entry Period"). You can enter this contest by one of the following two means: In Person method: Whether or not a purchase has been made, visit a Market Day Corporation (the "Sponsor") sale event and hand print your name, telephone number, and e-mail address on the entry form or sheet provided and retained by Sponsor. All in-person entries must be received during the hours of the sales event to be eligible. Online method: You can enter this sweepstakes by visiting www.marketday.com/connect, following the instructions found on the Official Entry Form screen and submitting your online entry as directed. All entries must be received during the Entry Period. Entrants will be required to provide their complete name, telephone number, valid e-mail address and specify a valid Market Day account. Only one entry per household or email address is eligible for instant win and drawing prizes. Should it be discovered that additional entries per household or email address have been received such subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries made by any mass duplication, automatic, robotic, or programmed method, or through any sweepstakes entry, notification, or related service, including through use of disposable, temporary or proxy email addresses, or in any manner not in compliance with the requirements of these Official Rules are invalid and will be disqualified.
ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States or District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Do not enter this sweepstakes if you are not located in the United States at the time of entry. Prizes may only be shipped to verified addresses in the continental United States. Employees and their immediate families and household members of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void in Hawaii, Alaska and where prohibited or restricted by law.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. Potential winners of the Grand, First, Second and Third Prizes will be required within 14 days of notification as directed by Sponsor to verify their eligibility/shipping address via phone, email or by signing and returning an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. Failure to timely respond in the manner specified by Sponsor, or refusal to comply with Apple's requirements regarding carrier selection, activation, etc, will result in prize forfeiture and an alternate potential winner will be selected. As a condition to winning this sweepstakes, you consent to Sponsor's use of your name and state of residence for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Neither Sponsor, nor its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failures of any delivery service, telephone network, computer equipment, server or network, software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected, or unreadable entries.
PRIZES: Grand Prize: 1 winner will receive an Apple® iPad™ WiFi + 3G 64 GB (approximate retail value $950.00). First Prize: 1 winner will receive an Apple® iPod touch® (approx. retail value $300.00). Second Prize: 1 winner will receive an Apple® iPhone™ 16 GB (approx. retail value $200.00.- activation, contract, and data/voice plans are winners' responsibility). Third Prize: 20 winners will each receive $25.00 in Market Day gift certificates. Instant Win Prizes: 100 winners will receive a coupon worth $10.00 off their next Market Day online purchase of $25.00 or more, 200 winners will receive a coupon worth $5.00 off their next Market Day online purchase of $25.00 or more and 250 winners will receive a coupon worth $2.00 off their next Market Day online purchase of $25.00 or more. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor for reason of unavailability in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
INSTANT WIN: Five hundred fifty (550) entrants will receive an instant win prize. Instant winners are picked randomly to receive an Instant Win prize in the amount of $2, $5 or $10 off their next Market Day online purchase of $25.00 (prize amounts are randomly determined). Instant winners will receive an email at the e-mail address provided during entry with a promo code to be used for redeeming the Instant Win prize and other information concerning their instant win prize. Instant win promo codes are valid until August 25, 2012. Promo code is valid for one use only. Promo code may only be redeemed online in the U.S. at www.marketday.com, and is subject to the Terms of Use located on the Market Day website. To redeem the instant win prize, enter the promo code at checkout and click the APPLY button. The total value of purchases made in conjunction with the promo code must be $25.00 or more, before tax. No cash value. Instant winners will also receive one entry into the regular prize drawings.
DRAWING: The potential Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize winners will be determined on or about May 20, 2012 by a random drawing from all eligible entries then received. Each potential winner will be notified by e-mail via the e-mail address provided in his/her entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely verify their eligibility/shipping address via the specified method, declines the prize, or is ineligible; the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Confirmation of winners is final upon verification of eligibility/address. The random drawings shall be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes. In the event a question regarding winner's identity arises, the winning entry will be deemed made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an e-mail address by the applicable service provider or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Sponsor may ask any entrant or potential winner to provide Sponsor with proof that such party is the Authorized Account Holder of the email account associated with the entry.
DISCLAIMERS: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to actual or suspected infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes, at which time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the sweepstakes termination. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes.
